Terms of Service


1.       Welcome to Love Living. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use, all policies & conditions associated with this website. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, including orders made over the phone, you agree to be legally bound by the Terms & Conditions set below. Love Living at its discretion, may change or modify these Terms & Conditions.


General Terms

2. Buyer must be at least 18 years of age

3.       Legally capable of entering into binding contracts

4.       All information that you have provided your name, payment details, delivery address, email address & telephone number is genuine

5.       Love living only deals within UK mainland. We reserve the right to decline orders from residents outside the UK


How Contract Is Formed Between Buyer & Us

6. Order is placed and the buyer will receive confirmation by email. ‘Order confirmation’ is acknowledgement that we have received your order/ payment & have begun processing the order

7.       Order can be processed over the website, store and over the phone

8.       Buyer should be aware once order has been accepted an email or receipt of order received it is a legally binding contract


You’re Statutory Right To Cancel

9.  After placing your order you have 24hours cooling off period to cancel your order. once the 24hour cooling off period has been exceeded your order cannot be either changed or cancelled (Read clause 19)

10. if you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return your bed once delivered it may be possible at managers discretion to exchange the bed to the value, however this will incur a £150 handling fee to cover the delivery charges.

11.   To cancel an order the buyer should contact us by Email or Telephone

12.   If order is cancelled we will refund the price of products within 14 days. (Clause 9)

13.   Refund will only be given on original payment method- no exception will be made

14.   Any Delivery charges incurred will not be refunded

15.   Any Courier charges may apply

16.   Any orders cancelled 24hours prior to dispatch, no charges will incur


Buyer’s liability

17.   We do not take any responsibility if-

18.   Buyer has made an error with the dimensions of the bed, size, colour and design

19.   Any custom or alter products such as different designs, size, colour or features of the product

20.   Choosing your mattress with your specifications or through images

21.   All these terms apply with clause no 9, 26 and 27


Cancellation by Us/deposits

22.   We reserve the right not to accept any order if-

23.   We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods

24.   We do not deliver to your area

25.   One or more of the products ordered was incorrectly described or priced on the website

26.   Payment is not authorised

27.   Any type of partial deposit for your order is non refundable if you choose to cancel your order after the 7days period or return the product at a later date

28.   No refunds can be authorised on mattresses that have been opened from its original packaging

29.   If order is cancelled- Refund will be given within 14 days. We will not be obliged to offer    any additional compensation


Faulty/ Damaged Goods

30. If products received are faulty, damaged or not as described, the Buyer is required to-

31.   Notify the Seller of the damaged/faulty goods within 72 hours of receiving the products

31.1. After the 72hours period, seller is not liable to replace any damaged parts or faulty products

32.   Provide photographic evidence of the fault/damage to the seller

33.   Provided the Buyer has adhered to the above clauses, the Seller will replace the damaged/faulty products within 1-10 working days of evidence being received, unless of any reasons beyond the control of the buyeR

33.1. If the buyer start using the product in any case, seller is not responsible for any replacement or exchanges but in this case a partial refund can be offered to the buyer at managers discretion



34.   All products ordered will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer

35.   The Buyer is responsible for receiving the goods at the given address

36.   All deliveries must be signed for by the Buyer or Person authorised to accept delivery

37.   Delivery dates are approximations only- standard delivery time 14 working days. In some cases this can take 21 days

38.   All Love Living and Third party Delivery drivers are only permitted to deliver products to the door

39. If you delivery is handled by third party couriers, Love Living is not responsible for any delays or any unforeseen circumstances

40.   If the Buyer fails to accept delivery, the Seller reserves the right to charge the Buyer to cover the cost of the failed delivery

41.   We do not accept any blame or liability for customers removing or disposing of old goods- we do advise to only dispose of any old goods after delivery of new goods

42.   Deliveries made to business addresses will have the Buyers authority for anybody in the building to accept goods on the Buyers behalf

43.   The Seller accepts no responsibility once goods have been signed for at the requested address

44.   Love Living & third party drivers will not assemble any orders. The assembly is the responsibility of the Buyer



44.   The Seller accepts most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express,

46.   By using American express seller will incur a charge of 2.5%

45.   When ordering, the Buyer must provide their exact billing address. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing the order

47.   An order will only be processed once the Seller receives full payment from the Buyer

48.   If the Seller makes an error in the confirmation or any invoice or receipt, the Seller will correct that error within 72Hours of being notified by the Buyer.

49.   Love Living Retains the right to investigate any order placed that it suspects to be fraudulent- Any such order will not be delivered until it is proven to be authentic.
